Payment

Credit Card: We accept major credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged the total amount in AUD via PayPal once your online order has been placed.

PayPal: The total amount of your order will be processed through PayPal if you choose this method of payment. Please note that your order will not be processed until the payment has been received.

Direct deposit: You can make a direct payment to us from your nominated bank account. This may take at least 3days before the payment goes through and your order will be processed once the payment is received.

Cheque: You can make a payment to us by sending a cheque to our postal address. However, your order may not be processed until the cheque is received in the mail and when the cheque is cleared. This may delay the process time of your goods, however, we will notify you when your cheque has been cleared and the expected delivery time of your goods.

Please note if your payment is declined due to insufficient funds or your cheque has not been accepted by the bank, you will be notified by email and your cheque sent back to you. 

Order Cancellations

Cancellation of your order can be made at any time by emptying your cart or before the customer proceeds to the payment gateway, and also at the payment and delivery process. Items in the shopping cart may also be saved if you want to return to the website and shop again later.

Pricing

Miss Dazzle reserves the right to alter the prices of products without prior notice to customers. All prices are displayed in AUD. For international customers, it is advised you check the conversion rate through an online currency calculator to get an approximation of the total cost of your order.

Product Images

We have made every effort to display all images of our products as accurately as possible on our website. Some colours and sizes of products may differ depending on your screen monitor. Because every monitor is different, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display our products accurately. For more information, read the description section of each product before ordering to avoid disappointment upon receipt of your items.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders will take at least 48hours to process on weekdays. Please note that no orders are processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed the next working day.

Standard Delivery within Australia

Australian customers should receive their order between 3-7 working days, unless in a remote area or remote island of Australia.

  • Flat Rate $9.00 for shipping and handling within Australia

Please note that some bulk orders may be sent via courier in the event that the order is too large to be sent via regular post.

International Delivery

We deliver to the following International customers: Canada, New Zealand, UK and USA ONLY.

International customers from the above countries should receive their orders between 5-21 working days, depending on the location in the world that it is being sent, and how far that location is from Sydney, Australia. Postage prices are in Australian Dollars.

For shipping and handling up to 1.25kg (approx. 12-15 small items) in:

  • New Zealand Registered: Flat Rate $17.50.
  • UK, USA & Canada Registered: Flat Rate $30.00.

For shipping and handling up to 2kg (for handbags and heavier items):

  • Flat Rate $54.95 for New Zealand, UK, USA and Canada Registered.

* Please note: Handbags weigh approx. 900gms each and would make up the bulk of your order. Therefore, international customers are advised to use postage for up to 2kg if ordering multiple handbags or various items of jewellery with a handbag.

  • International Customers have their parcels sent via International Registered Post.
  • All parcels must be signed for upon arrival. If you are away from home during the day, a work address may be more suitable for collection of your goods.
  • If you are not home to sign for the parcel, the postal service may send your parcel to the local post office to await your collection, however this varies from country to country. Please check with your postal services in your particular area, town or state.

Custom Charges

Custom charges, duties and taxes may apply to international customers depending on their particular country regulations. Miss Dazzle advises international customers to check with their Country Custom Rules and Regulations by contacting their Customs Office before purchasing from Miss Dazzle online store. Miss Dazzle will not be held responsible for any foreign custom charges, duties, taxes or fees, as this will be the sole responsibility of the international customer.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Miss Dazzle will gladly refund or exchange a product within 10 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied. Refund is the total value of product/s less the postage and handling fee. The refund/exchange will only apply when:

  • the product/s are not worn and are still in their original condition
  • the product/s still have the tag attached and are not damaged
  • the customer can provide proof of purchase of the same product/s

Please note that Miss Dazzle will not refund/exchange earrings that have been worn due to hygiene reasons. When refunding to international customers, the international exchange rate may vary due to market value. Please note that Miss Dazzle will only pay a freight fee for items that are proven to be faulty. The customer will incur a freight fee for exchange of items and will be charged to the original payment method (if a money order was used by the customer, another money order will need to be sent or a different method of payment be made for the freight fee before the exchanged item is delivered). An email will be sent to you confirming that your order has been shipped.

Miss Dazzle will not be responsible for any goods lost in the mail once they have been collected by Australia Post.

Returning Items

It is up to the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product they intend to return to us for an exchange/refund has been packaged and sent correctly; therefore we strongly recommend you send your goods via Registered Post. We will not be held accountable for any breakages or loss of goods in the mail.

Return of Faulty Products

Miss Dazzle will gladly exchange a product if it is found to be faulty. The exchange with faulty items can be for the same style product only. We take great care in ensuring you receive your product in good condition and our staffs thoroughly check for faults in every item before shipping your goods. A packing checklist is used to ensure that our staffs have thoroughly checked for faults before shipment and is packed along with your goods. Please note that our products are hand-made so not all products may be exactly identical. There may be only slight, if any differences of the same style item and many of these are too small to notice.

Out of Stock Items

In some circumstances, Miss Dazzle may be out of stock of the particular product/s of exchange. Therefore, we will do our best to acquire the product you want as soon as possible otherwise, we will notify you by email and recommend to you another product of similar style, design and price. Styles and trends are always changing and we may not be able to provide you with a style that has been sold out, deleted or phased out of trend.

Sensitivity Reactions

It is possible that some individuals have sensitivities to certain types of metal and jewellery materials. If you experience any sensitivity such as itching, redness, burning, rashes, etc. Miss Dazzle recommends that you discontinue use of our products and seek medical advice. Some individuals may not know they are sensitive to a certain material until they utilise a product which does have it. Because of this, we are therefore not responsible for any sensitivity an individual may experience when using our products. We advise that the individual see a medical professional who will be able to pinpoint which exact material the individual is sensitive to for future reference.

Security Information

Please note that Miss Dazzle does not store your payment details once the payment has been approved. Our payment gateway is encrypted with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology that is unable to be decoded by a third party.
